Who we are, and what we don't do

Cognevity is a health coaching practice. We are not a medical practice, and we don't operate as one. We don't diagnose conditions, prescribe or supply treatments, interpret medical test results, or provide therapy.

Using this website, reading our blog, subscribing to our newsletter, or completing anything on this site doesn't create a coaching relationship, a practitioner-client relationship, or a duty of care between us. A coaching relationship begins only when you and we sign a Coaching Services Agreement.
