About Cognevity®

Cognitive health together.

If you've started thinking about your brain health and you want to do something about it. Cognevity brings together the evidence on lifestyle and long-term cognitive health, and translates it into a clear, personalised picture of what matters for you. Make the lifestyle habits that support your cognitive future — together.

Cognevity is a blend of the words cognitive and longevity — symbolic of cognitive health, for life.

Cognevity's approach is based on the Bredesen ReCODE® 2.0 Protocol and functional-medicine principles.

Cognevity is based in Sydney, Australia, and works with clients across Australia and worldwide by video (excluding the US and Canada).

Hi, I’m Rachel

I'm Rachel Puncheon, founder of Cognevity.

My grandmother Myra had Alzheimer's. For years I had accepted low energy, disrupted sleep and a brain that wasn't performing the way I knew it could — as normal, or just ageing. It wasn't.

I spent 25 years in corporate risk and process architecture — finding what could go wrong in complex systems and building processes to stay ahead of it. Then I realised the greatest asset and biggest risk I'd ever need to manage was my own brain.

With a Bachelor of Science behind me, I looked to the research. I qualified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, then as a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach in leading US neuroscientist Dr. Dale Bredesen protocol. I've made more than 50 lifestyle changes along the way.

I hold a firm belief: we can influence our cognitive trajectory. What we do every day matters more than most people realise. I founded Cognevity to help people understand the evidence, apply it to their own lives, and have the support to follow through — together.
