About Cognevity
Cognitive health, made practical
Cognevity® is a cognitive health coaching practice based in Sydney, Australia.
The approach considers multiple lifestyle and environmental factors alongside each person's health history, routines and goals, plus any genetic information or blood results they choose to share.
Clients work directly with Rachel over six months. Together, they identify what deserves attention, set clear priorities and put changes into practice. Regular conversations give them time to discuss what is working, what is difficult and what to adjust.
Cognevity works alongside GPs, functional medicine practitioners and other health providers, who remain responsible for medical testing, interpretation and care.
The Name
Cognevity brings together cognitive and longevity: a lifelong approach to cognitive health, built on what can be understood and acted on today.
